Meet at the intersection of N. Southwood and Germantown Elementary for our kid’s Halloween Costume Parade, come to watch or march in the parade and enjoy this community gathering and costume creativity. The parade will be about 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes, the procession will take place on Poplar Trail. Dogs are welcome.
