DESCRIPTION:Join your neighbors for our Fall General Membership Meeting at the Micheal E Busch Annapolis Library to vote on our new bylaws and learn more about the upcoming events and activities your Germantown Homewood community. At the GHCA General Meeting\, on Thursday\, November 9th from 7:30PM – 8:30PM\, we will vote to adopt a new set of bylaws. The bylaws are guidelines for how the organization runs (Think – How often GHCA holds meetings\, what responsibilities the Secretary has\, etc). They are NOT bylaws related to the neighborhood overall. GHCA needs to adopt bylaws to acquire 501(c)4 status.
